Step 1: patch -p1 < eggdrop1.6.14-1.6.15.patch
          (this will patch eggdrop1.6.14 properly)

Step 2: mv eggdrop1.6.14 eggdrop1.6.15
          (this isn't really needed, but you are using 1.6.15 now)

Once you have done these steps, compile eggdrop1.6.15 like normal.
